It's a very basic implementation of patch change, allowing you to select 128 presets/programs. There is a MIDI Programs directory, inside the presets directory. You copy preset files to the MIDI Programs directory, and they become selectable via the standard MIDI program change message. They are selectable in alphabetical order, so you should append 001, 002, and so on to the preset files, to order them.
Having two copies (the original and a MIDI Program change copy) gives you some freedom to muck with the presets, without fear of ruining them. I've further ordered them into bass/lead/pad/etc. groups.
