Can anyone recommend a really good guitar site for riffs and twiddly bits? Something with audio, or video examples and tablature - and a good signal to noise ratio.

Cheers

Look on the Lessons channel.

If you register (it's free) you can also download the tabs and/or charts - otherwise you only get the video.

You have to watch a commercial after every few videos, but it's not that long or annoying.

Also just check You Tube. There's millions out there.

Take a look at http://www.freeguitarvideos.com/
I really like the videos by Jody Worrell.

Cheers for the suggestions I'll take a look at those :)

(llatham - I have already tried the youtubes, but it's a bit hit and miss, there's the long load times and to say that there's some variation in quality would be an understatement!)

For guitar tabs (no audio or video) this site is pretty hard to beat,
