what is this??? is it just a filter with a delay after it?

Yeah, I'm guessing a 2-step delay on the left channel with 52% feedback, 4-step delay in the middle with no feedback and another 2-step delay on the right channel, again with 52% feedback.

But thats just a guess...

Does anybody know whether this guess is right? And does 2 step mean 1/8 delay and 4 step 1/4 delay?
