The instructions say "Don't copy the whole oscillator or MSEG templates folder itself into these paths, as they won't show up - Zebra will only see template files in the root of the template directories. You need to copy all the template files inside their folders into the template paths above"
but in the Zebra oscillator folder, there is a factory folder, so would I install the individual h2p oscillator files in the root folder or can I just install the entire transmission templates folder itself into the root or do I put the individual files into the factory osc folder?

I think those instructions are a bit dated. When Transmission was first created Z2 didn't support subdirs for OSC/MSEG templates. You should be fine putting them in a Transmission subdir there.

You can have a folder hierarchy of any depth, no problem. A right-click in the folder list let's you rescan the directories, so you can install even while zebra is running.
