Thanx, I'll check these asap.lucknow13 wrote:Now I'm going to upload a bank for Alionoctis.64 presets. Try it out with LPM and have fun.lk
Thanks.MCnoone wrote:Thanks alot. Always like your synths. This ones great.
Why not try this:MCnoone wrote:Those spooky, horror, and sci-fi chord pads are my favorite kind of pads, and this synth does those sounds perfectly. I have Wheel of Fortune 1 also. That creates some great rhythmic loops. I use some of your others synths too. You must be into astronomy I think? With those galaxy pics and all. Cool stuff, and thanks again.
Only hope someday you could do Mac versions, as I only buy synths that are Mac compatible also. I use the PC for demos and freeware only, then use the Mac to record or design sounds.
Take care,
Michael
Indeed AlioNoctis is ahead of all the previous ones and basically it was started to 'replace' the STS-series.Francisco Cepero wrote:I had to laugh when I discovered the "Easter egg" in Alionoctis. Later I decided to check out STS-33 free; it's too bad the hunt there is much less interesting, lol.![]()
P.S. Alionoctis might be the best synth you've ever built IMHO, Fortune! That's true, although I paid good attention to the rhythmic presets out of STS-33 free...
One more thing: I checked out LPM and think that it's awesome! Especially I was knocked out by many presets lucknow13 provided. When is it going to get out of beta?
Yes I will, as soon as I buy my new Mac this year. I'm still on an old G4, which doesn't meet the system requirements. Thanks for the link, I'll be looking into it in the future.Fortune wrote:Why not try this:MCnoone wrote: Only hope someday you could do Mac versions, as I only buy synths that are Mac compatible also. Yes indeed LPM is working fine. I do have a wish list tho. Maybe two more slots for sounds, another bank of sounds ,and a way to fade in and out of a couple of slot sounds. That would really amp this up to no end. I would like to see AlioNoctis with another bank of sounds too. Wishing is almost like praying. Sometimes God hears you and sometimes He doesn't. I'm not quite sure about LPM. Anyway this beta of LPM is working fine and atm there are no plans for further additions or changes.
As of LPM any addition does require a major GUI rework which in terms of getting a quality similar to AlioNoctis eats up time which is right now used elsewise. atm I'm doing new samples 'like hell' but there is a fairly slow progress as it takes some more efforts to meet the requirements for using only one sample in an sf2 preset. Even more looping (at a fairly high frequency) is quite earfatiguing which slows down the progress further as ones needs to rest at times.lucknow13 wrote:Yes indeed LPM is working fine. Here's a full bank (128 presets) for AlioNoctis VSTi (Pro)
AlioNoctis isn't listed in the banks & patches "data-base" just yet (so I can't upload there), but should be very soon. In the interim, this is a link to download the bank from yousendit:
SDB-4-TC-bank2
It is 'dedicated' to the memory of Tim Conrardy...
~ IN JOY ~
I think I'll split it up into two parts so users of the free version may load all patches too.
ok, here is the zip with two banks of 64 patches to fit for the free version:
