I just got my Receptor 2 Pro Max with Komplete yesterday but I'm just learning how to use it - but I'll share what I find as I go - e.g., load times for some common plugs, how intensive a multi I can set-up, etc...... I'll be curious to hear what others find as well......

Is your unit an upgrade or did you purchase it new?mrhudson wrote:I just got my Receptor 2 Pro Max with Komplete yesterday but I'm just learning how to use it - but I'll share what I find as I go - e.g., load times for some common plugs, how intensive a multi I can set-up, etc...... Congrats on your new Receptor, Mr. Hudson. I'm most anxious to hear your reports...mrhudson wrote:This would be a new purchase, so I'm not sure whether that would impact its performance (compared to an upgraded unit)? Anyway, yup, its new....

Mine's an upgrade. Came back 2/19 and was able to fire it up today. It has a noise problem. check this thread:
