Could you please recreate these sounds? These are two of my favorite sounds from a very old sample cd that I had for years. I never could manage to recreate these sounds. They sound so nice and sexy :)
Pad Sound 1
Pad sound 2

These are both 5-note chords. I've uploaded the 2 presets to the presets section (LD Funky Pad), but you'll need to play the chords yourself.

Here's the recreation of the second pad:
http://www.lennardigital.com/files/temp/funkypad.mp3

The notes are:
d#2
f#2
a#2
c#3
f-3

For the higher chord, just change the d#2 into g#3.

The notes for the first pad are:
e-2
g-2
b-2
d-3
f#3

Check the presets section: LD Quantum Synq
Play G-1 (the lowest G on Sylenth1's keyboard) at different velocities

When I clicked on your mp3 demo I thought I was listening to the real thing.

How about that cool sound (I guess it would be called a lead, or a pad... not sure) on the old UK song called "Alaska"

Eddie Jobson was great in that group, and with Zappa's lineup. I like the live version best ("Night after Night-Live"), but the Studio album is great too.

Actually all the sounds in that song that would be nice to have, but now I'm getting greedy :hihi: .

BUMP

I guess it might be a niche market...
but it would still be cool to have that one. :)

I saw this article from this online music site (the link is below), it also says (in Future Music mag) that it shows how to re-create all of the synths in the list. I wonder if there are back-issues available? :)

I don't agree with all of this list, but Sussudio, Jump, Final Countdown-even though I don't like the actual FC song  ..., and also Cars are pretty cool synth sounds, and would nice if re-created. I should get that magazine, not too good with programming anything and it would help a lot to "get" how it all works.

I think one that should be on the list is the minimoog lead sound of Tom Sawyer, and the opening note that is hit in that song sounds real cool also.

What do you guys think of the list? :?:
