Delay multitap4 - Slow building tone

There is a patch called "HH click at end" in a folder "Bass" (from the Zebra2FactoryVST pack I think). If I load up this patch and play a C2 once, then wait a long long time, I hear a tone building slowly (turn up speakers to hear it sooner). This seems to be coming from Delay1 (multitap4) on the Return2 bus. Maybe a bug, not sure.

Edit: Setting the Feedback of Delay1 down from 44.5 to 43.0 is enough to "fix" it. So the only questions are whether positive feedback was intended, and whether the patch should be tweaked to prevent it.
