Wow, nice work! Did you replace the font? Looks crisp, good job!

*edit* ugh, reading trough this thread i realy don't feel like finishing my skin. And after looking at this one, i don't think i have to :)

And you'll see, after all the hard work you guys went trough, URS will come up with the Zebra GUI editing edition next week :troll: :D

Neat! This one truly deserves to be called Monolith, not my coloured version. Please do so, UnAn - I'll rename mine when it's finished.

Not sure if this has already been reported, but UnAn CRT2 has a problem with the preset browser. If there is a folder with a name longer than the size of the browsing window, it will show up outside of the box.

unangular,
Thanks for the inspiration to try and work with the Zebra scripts. I still
have a few ideas for CRT and if I have time I will work on it this weekend.
kajiotku,
Did you notice this problem with the original Un An skin? The only thing
I modified was some of the color choices. Teksonik helped with the CRT-2
skin but I don't think he changed any of the fonts or did anything which
would cause the problem you describe. Perhaps, you could check to see
if you have this issue with other skins as well. Thanks,
Cheers,
Scott

This is a problem with any skin, it's also present in 'Original'. I'm pretty certain the scroll bar location and size isn't scripted, and nothing comes to mind for ways to fix this other than a) reducing the font size in the preset browser, which isn't a perfect solution anyway . . . or b) folders with shorter names :hihi:

Urs has said making collapsing preset folders is on his list of features. It's possible he'll fix the string too long for the box problem as well. I am definitely looking forward to that feature. :)

I'm still confused as to how we change the background color of the selected module in the grid. So I want to turn this:

Into this......or Orange. :D

Still can't figure out how to change the selected module background color.

The new Monochrome is very nice. Might look bland to some but for hours long knob tweaking sessions it's really easy on the eyes. :)

I just had a look in "the other dark horse" script.
Look for the lines:

Code: Select all

// selected module
COLOUR name='ModuleSelect' rgba='ff7700ff'
(They are in the beginning of the script, line 37-38.)

If you set the color to ff7700ff you will get a very strong orange on your selected modules in the matrix. Remember to wear your shades. 8)

Thanks I had already tried changing that value but no results here. The Unempty and UnAn scripts are worded differently so it's a bit confusing. Have you actually made the change and got it to work? Thanks again for the reply. :D

It's 04:46 here. :)

CONTROL type='Grid' name='VoiceGRID'
CONTROL type='Grid' name='EffectsGRID'
Id-s from 0-8.

In monochrome version i added some color properties;
so if you are modding that version you should look for :

COLOUR name='voicegridline' rgba='FFFFFF30'
COLOUR name='voicegridtxt' rgba='FFFFFF70'
COLOUR name='voicegridbck' rgba='FFFFFF10'
COLOUR name='voicegridselected' rgba='00000080'
COLOUR name='voicegridgrid' rgba='00000000'
COLOUR name='voicegridmove' rgba='FFFFFF90'

COLOUR name='fxvoicegridline' rgba='FFFFFF30'
COLOUR name='fxvoicegridtxt' rgba='FFFFFF70'
COLOUR name='fxvoicegridbck' rgba='FFFFFF10'
COLOUR name='fxvoicegridselected' rgba='00000080'
COLOUR name='fxvoicegridgrid' rgba='00000000'
COLOUR name='fxvoicegridmove' rgba='FFFFFF90'

Hope this helps.

Here is diy solution for my overlook in monochrome.
Add this two :

COLOUR name='msegoverlap' rgba='404040FF'
COLOUR name='msegposmarker' rgba='808080FF'

color properties to :

COLOUR name='msegbck' rgba='00000050'
COLOUR name='msegbord' rgba='FFFFFF20'
COLOUR name='msegdot' rgba='505050FF'
COLOUR name='msegenvloopdot' rgba='606060FF'
COLOUR name='msegline' rgba='505050FF'
COLOUR name='mseggrid' rgba='FFFFFF25'
COLOUR name='msegstepselect' rgba='FFFFFF30'
COLOUR name='msegtxt' rgba='FFFFFF70'
COLOUR name='msegloopreg' rgba='FFFFFF05'
COLOUR name='msegenvline' rgba='606060FF'
<-----------------------

and replace CONTROL type='MultiStage' name='MultiStage 1435' values to :

- id='9' value='msegoverlap'
- id='11' value='msegposmarker'

 :)

Ok I've got the selected module background sorted. Thanks unangular! The rest of the fix might take a moment to sink in. :hihi:
