Preset bank maker

Not sure if there is an easy way to do this already but...

I was thinking it would be nice to have a small utility for Sylenth1 that makes a bank automatically out of a selected bunch of presets, so you don't have to load them in one at time.

Ok I am lazy, but it would still be cool.

You would just start the utility, navigate to where the presets are stored, you select 25 (for example) and then it will make the bank automatically, or let you add all 25 at once to an existing bank.

In Wusikstation, they have folders with it setup like this:

Wusikstation Data/Presets/VS Resurrection/ ...then it goes to "by Author" or "by Type", if you click "by Type", it's like this: Atmos/Bass/Pads...etc.

Just a bunch of folders, so you don't load things up into banks, just open whichever folder to load or save a preset.

So if I had 75 newer presets I wanted together in Wusik, I just throw them in a folder and drop that folder into the Presets folder, and I could call it "Favorites" or "Newest Presets" etc.etc..

nice idea but there is a small programm which can do this. It's Tobybear Minihost. That's a small host program which has a preset manager. I made several "best of" banks for my softsynths (including Sylenth1)using this. Normally i first load a bank with patches, save the favourite patches as fxp-files and reload the desired patches into the preset manager. Finally you can save the fxb-bankfile.

If i have enough time i normally also add a category (e.g. PAD, LD, BRS...) at the beginning of the patchname.

Anyway a specialized program for patch managment would be nice.
