Are Oscillator Effects in Zebra serial or parallel?

Does the oscillator feed FX 1 which feeds FX 2? Or are they both parallel feeds of the oscillator?

They are serial.

Osc->OscFX1->OscFX2->Normalize->Single/Dual/Quad/11->Phase->Inversion->Sync->Vol->Pan/Width
