How we change the piano roll for 1/32 or 1/8 or 1/4 or 1/1 or 1/2, or is it always in 1/16 ? i guess not.

Piano Roll in what?

there's usually a box at the top of the piano roll that when you click and it drops down you choose your grid/time etc

Right-click the key editor background -> "Select Grid"
