I'm trying to load the Uhbik demo onto a Mac w/ OS-X and ProTools HD 7.1, but after going through the installation process the plugs don't show up. What do I need to do??
Thanks!
Thanks!

You have to also install the RTAS betas:

They're stable and all, but they only work as stereo plugins for now and one shouldn't use the bypass button.

Ahhh... thanks! Do I need to uninstall the other demo material I've already installed, just to clean things up?

Nope, the RTAS beta actually requires the previous installation of the AU/VST demo, for the presets.analogjeff wrote:Ahhh... thanks! Do I need to uninstall the other demo material I've already installed, just to clean things up?

Still having problems... I did as you instructed, and the plug-ins still don't show up in a mix window... hmm... any suggestions?
Thanks!

Where did you put the Uhbik.dpm? - And as I said, they're stereo only for now... mono/surround versions hopefully next week...analogjeff wrote:Still having problems... I did as you instructed, and the plug-ins still don't show up in a mix window... hmm... any suggestions?

Hmmm... it should work with any PT 7.x, but maybe PT 7.3 or higher is needed... definately works with PT 8...

I put the unzipped dpm in the Digidesign plug folder in library/app... etc., as you instructed... Don't know what to do now... I'd love to try and probably buy Uhbik, but maybe that will have to wait...??? I wonder if anyone out there is running Uhbik on PT 7.1???
Thanks!
Thanks!
