Ok Steve no. 2 is up, when you load it up it should write the path to a text file:
c:\debug.txt
if you can let me know what that says that'd be grand!

BM Lite is installed to D:\vstplugins\Demo\BM Lite

Neither Help file opens when clicking Manual checkbox (reg and lite).
With full and lite loaded in FL, I get Access Violation error message when changing from one bass drum to the next in the Main Section.

Thanks Jim, I've fixed the manual for the next versions, at a guess the crash was due probably to the missing samples in Lite.

Beta 3 doesn't contain the Black Magic Lite folder with the Sep/Sem files.
Help file now opens in lite, but not in full.
Access violation still occurs in lite per above, but is not a problem in full.

Jim can you look in the FL log and see if there is any more detail on the access violation?
Did you get any sound out of BM Lite?

The Access Violation message problem disappeared after playing with it with both versions loaded.
I had copied the sep/sem folder into its location where it gets created, not realizing that is what happens. After removing the old sep/sem folder, I let BM create it but still got the violation. But as stated, problem went away.
Not sure how to look at log file. Let me know if we still need to pursue and I can see if I can locate log file.

BM Lite 3 now plays with sound I'm still getting random crashes though, sometimes on loading, other times whilst playing.
Global default gives an empty kit.
Demo restrictions seem a bit too light.
1) Too many presets? 64 seems a lot as its a quarter of the total, maybe 32 instead
2) Single bar record? Most people can probably get by with just a single bar record. I think you need to add some kind of audio watermark like a continuous tone so that people can see how it works but can't use the loops they've created.
3) The demo restrictions page doesn't stay up long enough, you barely have time to read it & add the buy link to the info tab.
