I just bought Z2 and the "Skool" soundsets, and Transmission. I am more than pleased! It's a great wonderful warm powerful synth.
I just want to thank Michael Kastrup for the beautiful sounds. I haven't even heard them all yet. But I have spent several hours just messing with the Oldskool PAD>Analog> water-themed patches. They are so deep and pleasant.
Z2 and it's sound designers have created an instrument that makes me feel so good! Just listening to the content as-is moves me. I hope I can use the sounds and the inpiration they stir to make some music of my own.
For now, I am listening and trying to analyze various patches to see how you did it. In fact, I am back in Skool.

The real secrets in Zebra lies within its OSCFX and the ability to "paint" your own waveforms. Conventional sound design does not really apply here since we are in new uncharted territory, infact i often find new approaches to modeling which are more efficient than old type of modeling. Learn Zebra and you will have a friend for life
Have fun
