I have found 1 other post about a similar problem in Live OSX, where the temporary solution was to move the VST plugin to the "User/Library/Audio/Plugins/" folder. Maybe Urs could just confirm that a fix is in the works, since there has'nt been a new release of MFM2 in a while?
My version of OSX MFM2 VST plugin used to crash my Live 6 all the time. I refrained from using the VST version, although I would need it, considering my live-projects can't be opened in my windows xp version of Live. After upgrading to Live 7 and then 8, I can confirm that Live 8.0.1 still crashes when I open MFM2 (2.0.1) in around 75% of all instances on OSX. Live just instantly crashes when adding the plugin to a channel/track, and this is the only plugin in my setup that crashes Live.
Just wanted to know if there is any solution in sight? I would happily send my details and crash logs. I can also add, I am a very happy U-He customer, own and love all your plugins and MFM2 is a gem, so I just want it fixed
