i think its just a saw wave with a little more attack on it , reverb and some cutoff automation..
shouldn't be that hard, maybe will try it this week..even for free

Modwheel pushed up all the way gets to the flat, loud-ish sound.
I'm pretty sure there's some EQ, drive, and extreme compression on the track in the mix, also I might be a little off on the basic waveform. I think this is reasonably on target enough to be useful, though.
There's a little more going on in the patch but I think the basics of this sound are heavy detuning, some phase modulation, some white noise, and some colorful filtering in the mids.
