I think I have encountered a bug in era 2.0
When chaining patterns off different tempo , length ( not in the song mode but in the variaton tab )e ...and setting the loop point variation different for each pattern is seems that era has a hard time when playing those patterns
Example
pattern a1 step/loop = 1----8 time 1/1....chained to
pattern a2 step/loop = 5----8 time 1/2... chained to
pattern a3 step/loop = 1----4 time 1/1 ...chained back to pattern a1 ...
Era has difficulties when playing back these patterns ..it doesn't begin from the actual loop start ...
era chainin g patterns of a different tempo

edit
Seems like this also happens when patterns are set to same tempo and different loop points .
The nproblem mostly occurs when era is slaved to a master tempo ..( using bidule and renoise )
Doesn't seem to happen in standalone mode
Can anyone confirm this
thx

Yes I have the same problem, happening when I want to chain a pattern A1 that is 4/4 and a A2 one that is 2/4 to make a 6/4 measure (A1 chains to A2 and A2 chains to A1).
First the pattern 1 play entirely, then the second one (that is 2/4) then the first one again as expected but starting from the third beat! This only happens when ERA is used within cubase tempo, not in standalone mode.
