My new piece "Dark" has four instances of Sylenth1:

I absolutely love it. it is my "go to" synth for everything except percussion and metallic sounds.

Here's my latest track which uses only Sylenth1 for synth sounds:
Tits To Miss
Synths = Sylenth1 (including the vocoder carrier signal, the vocoder itself was Logic Pro 8's vocoder)
Drums = Battery 3

What does "Sylenth1 mix competition" mean?

It seems that I'm the only one still posting stuff on this thread
Here's a track I wrote with my friend. All synth sounds are created using Sylenth1. Not very polished track but I'm out of time & energy now.

Nice song, Kraku. Just to give you some company, here is my song with 10 instances of Sylenth1 (and one instance of Dimension Pro for the cymbals
). Yup, that's right. All of the sounds you hear, except the cymbals, are from Sylenth1.

I use Sylenth1 for nearly everything. I like to make "morphing" synths, with the cutoff on Part A and Part B at different levels so when I bring up CutoffAB the sound changes along the way. I make all my sounds from scratch and it's the only synth I need now and because it's so low CPU I can use it many times in a track
This song I'm working on now has a pluck that fades from square to square+saw and that's heavily processed, and the bass is made in Sylenth1 too, the main part is run through Logic's bass amp and there's a quieter one on top that gives it a bit more edge.

Something not quite finished: http://tuzemec.com/mp3/afterrain.mp3
All synths are sylenth1, except that guitar-like-thingie in the middle. That's alchemy.

Again, high quality stuff, man ! There's something 'Arksun-ish' about your sound, which i love a lot. When can we expect a Tuzemec soundbank ?

Actually most of the sounds that I use are taken from soundanks (sometimes with a lot of tweaking). I rarely find time to create new sounds from scratch.
But... anyway... that was a very nice compliment
Cheers!

The bass sounds in my new song were done with Sylenth1. This includes a "bass pad" which is mostly heard at the beginning of the song, and the thumping bass during the rest of it.
I don't know why people say that Sylenth1 can't do basses. I've been using it exclusively for bass in my last four recordings, and it's brilliant.

The rest of the song, BTW, is played on an Access Virus, which I've spent the last few weeks being amazed by.

This song is all instrumental techno with 11 instances of Sylenth1 and one instance of Jamstix for the percussion. This was done in SONAR 8 Producer Edition from Cakewalk. All of the Sylenth1 sounds are from the free, online presets. If you haven't downloaded them, yet, you should check them out. They're great stuff. See the first sticky in this group about presets.
