I just purchased a receptor 2 pro. One of the data encoder knobs is really "wobbly". I have to return the unit, but I was wondering if this has been a problem that has been brought up on this forum before, or this I just get lucky?
Thanks

I just purchased a R2 Pro as well and have the EXACT same issue with data knob below the bank select knob. Muse told me the same thing. I would have to send it in to be repaired! Ridiculous!ptjazzguy wrote:I just purchased a receptor 2 pro. One of the data encoder knobs is really "wobbly". Before we all get hasty here, you may want to check if it's the knob thats loose, or the actual metal encoder rod that goes back to the circuitry behind the front panel. If it's the knob I can arrange to have replacements sent out (is this is a fairly small and easy to install item). If the actual rod is loose then all the front panel circuitry needs replacing, and therefore the unit should be sent it. So far I've only heard about one person contacting customer service about a loose knob on Receptor 2 (i'm assuming its either one of you guys), but it is something I'll notify our manufacturing department about...wouldn't want anymore loose knobs getting out there.
