Added replace preset into preset management.
Improved tracker control accuracy using Ctrl key.
Display axes are now truly logarithmic.
Help windows are now scrollable and can fit better for various resolutions.
MEqualizer changes
Added Dry/wet parameter.
MPhaser, MAutopan, MTremolo, MVibrato changes
Added synchronization to host.
