Hi Urs.
I posted this in the Improvements thread, but I guess it got lost there, so I'm posting it here instead.
I've downloaded the new 2.3.2 beta. It works fine in Cubase 4.5, but in Renoise, both the final 2.0 and the 2.1 beta (beta 4), Zebra sounds are distorted. Sounds like a suffering buffer-setting in the audiodevice, except if I load any other vst the sound is perfect... this is on a Intel Quadcore running Vista64.
Sound example (default preset): http://www.vibrants.dk/uploads/metal/zebrabug.mp3
Cheers,
- Torben

Yeah, this has been posted about. Urs said it's an easy fix, so hopefully we'll see it soon!

Urs, any chance of a fix for this issue in the near future? - otherwise I'd have to install v2.3 and miss out on Zebrify for the time being.. cant live without Zebra you know

I hope to have a new build tomorrow. And I *hope* that it fixes the issue.metal wrote:bump - any chance of a fix soon?
(if not then you have to wait for another week because I'm going to a short trip to Italy

Oh a week is quite ok. I was more interested to know if it would be fixed before the final release - in which case I would just install the previous version again and live without Zebrify for the time being
Have a nice trip btw.
Cheers.

Have a good time, I live there
Any chance to have the new release in preinstalled flavour?
Thanks,
Mario

The installer automatically detects the Zebra2.data directory. If present it stores the update in theremabian wrote:Any chance to have the new release in preinstalled flavour?
(at least, that's how it should be...)

You mean it scans all disks and folders looking for the zebra2.data folder?

No. But you specify the Vstplugins directory. So it only needs to look there...mabian wrote:You mean it scans all disks and folders looking for the zebra2.data folder?
