If you have selected multiple seq. strips (not all of same length)and you expand one strip to a new desired length, then all selected strips will get this new length.
But often you want to choose between different options, similar if you manipulate multiple notes in the midi piano roll editor.
E.g. I often want that all selected strips shall end at a new end position (this means the same amount of beats have to be added to each strip).
