I can't get this set up right in MU.LAB - I just seem to get feedback when I plug the effect in and start playback, before I hit a note.
For comparison, to prove it wasn't the effect itself, here's how I set it up in Reaper:
Track 1: MIDI Input track with instant sampler as the only track effect
Track 2: Audio track, sending to track 1 only.
On playback, the audio plays; playing a note samples audio until the note is released; playing the note again replays the sampled audio. All as expected.
In MU.LAB:
Track 1: Targets Rack A with instant sampler in first slot of rack, set as MIDI Input target
Track 2: Audio track to Rack B.
Hitting play with Rack B going to Master is OK.
Changing Rack B to route to Rack A, then hitting play causes feedback.

Yes, same behaviour here
It even crashes when playing notes to it. The crash is inside Instant Sampler.
I've emailed Muxer about this.
Looking forward to his reply.

speaking of problems with third-party pugins...
i have tried using keFIR vst with mulab, but it won't work. all i get is a huge amount of noise? does anyone else have such a problem?
here is the link:

it's supposed to be used for loading impulse responses.

I tried KeFIR in the past in MU.LAB and it was working nice.
Just redownloaded and retried and it still works fine in MU.LAB 2.5.10.
I notice that if i use long IRs, then i get cpu overload. But i assume that's normal with KeFIR.
