Problems with Native Insturment uninstall and activation

I have installed NI Acoustic Piano from Komplete5 on my Receptor RevC aout two weeks ago. Everything went fine. This was only for testing the Acoustic piano, so i used this only in demo mode. Then I decided to buy the Acoustic piano. (not as a part of the Komplete5 bundle)
I got the DVDs today. Then the problems started...
1. Trying to install Akoustik Piano via direct install fails because the name of exe-file on the original file is different than the one used in direct install...?
2. I then installed AP on my mac and activated it - then downloaded a upgrade from NI. This I could install via Direct install on the receptor.
3. When starting AP on the Receptor - it asks for the libraryfiles. But when I try to tell AP the path to the libraryfiles (a Wine window) - my Receptor freezes....
4. When I try to activate AP via NI ServiceCenter in the Receptor - it still means that AP is a part of the Komplete5 bundle, and it will not activate......
Any suggestions???

I solved this issue today!
The Receptor got stuck because Akoustik Piano wasn't activated and could not find the libraryfiles. Today I started the NI ServiceCenter. Then accessed the Overview from the main menu. There I was able to change the serialkey from the Komplete5 demo key to the key for only Akoustik Piano. Then sending avtivation and getting the.naf file in return. When AP was activated I was able to set the path to the library Today I am happy!!
