I think these puns are getting a bit too much...

1) Don't stop the puns etc., billstei :)
2) I agree with spaceman (pronounced "sp'chemn"?) about UI surfaces.

There's always this one to tide you over until the new GUI arrives..............

Or for your green fix..........................

+1

As well as being far more interested in the new patch management, folder drag n drop etc.

URS, like the new design. Looking forward to pure vector gui ability. New Layout seems efficient, from what I can see.

For anyone needing help with 3d (or 2d, for that matter, as I'm more experienced there, still), let me know.

Although I'd much rather not be part to a wood-panneled poly-anna monstrosity, and I'm very sceptical of 3d producing anything unlike that.
Mind you, I'm suggesting this while looking for a second job, so I'm probably just mad, and likely unable to do much more than point you in the right direction.

Or if anyone feels adventurous, download the free Blender program and make your own 3D skin. The same program was used by D16 group to skin their VST's:

I never got past learning the interface, which is a challenge on it's own.

I'm really starting to dig the new Zebra look (what i've seen from it). Urs' talk about vecorial interface also got me really exited. I've been using Illustrator for 8 hours/day for the passed 4 years at work, so it's become a bit of my pet peeve, and i'll surely give making a vector graphics skin a go when and if it's possible.
