Here's an idea. How about scan the preset folder names for numbers such as Basses - 1, Lupines - 2? Then use the number for bank select on a first come first serve basis.

Just in case you weren't aware, Zebra lets you use MIDI program change commands to switch between 128 presets you store in the "MIDI Programs" folder. Just name them 000 Name_a.h2p - 127 Name_z.h2p and you'll have them in the right order.

I know it's not multiple banks but this feature is often overlooked and might just solve your problem.
