Sometimes I even forget that the "supersaw" everyone "drools" over is from that synth.

Yes Sylenth is the best soft synth for Supersaw without a doubt..Im working on Largo at the minute and Sylenth comes out tops in the Supersaw department and others.xybre wrote:*looks over at my JP*

Yeah, I knew someone would say something about that part...I think the effects in Sylenth1 are great, not sure why he went and used outboard effects.rob_lee wrote:He's using external fx for processingSylenth can do this by itself with careful use of delay and reverb setting without any need for external inserts

I am not familiar with the history of the JP, did it all start there, or... just wondering.xybre wrote:*looks over at my JP*

Or maybe it was just the best at the time when it came out?

Don't need external gear to make anything sound good from Sylenth..just need careful adjustments to the existing fx..that's all.

You're probably joking, but I liked it as I am not a "real" programmer but have done a little bit on my ownrob_lee wrote:Hehe therefore that demonstration is VOID...Examigan wrote:Yeah, I knew someone would say something about that part...I think the effects in Sylenth1 are great, not sure why he went and used outboard effects.rob_lee wrote:He's using external fx for processingSylenth can do this by itself with careful use of delay and reverb setting without any need for external inserts

Gimme a T, gimme an O, gimme an L, gimme a D, gimme a Y and a gimme an A
I try to use Sylenth internal FX as little as possible because my main gripe is that Sylenth tends to auto adjust some of it's parameters sometimes. Especially resonance and reverb settings. Is that the infamous GUI leak at work?
