I've been offered Z2, Transmission, and Oldskool in exchange for my copy of Guru, and just wanted to check that was all kosher and whatnot.

I can only speak for the part where "Skool" is included. I've made an agreement with Urs that the "skool" sets follow the Zebra. So if your getting rid of Zebra you are allowed to include your copy of the "skool" sets.
So in this case you mention the seller is entitled to include "skool" set with the sell of his/her Zebra, as long as the guidelines for selling Zebra is met, meaning you can only sell your copy of Zebra after being a rightful owner for a certain amount of time.
