MFM2 BR Pops/Clicks in FLS8

Hi,
Using both the latest stable release of FL Studio (v8.02) & the latest beta, I get pops/clicks in both v2.01 & original v2.00 of MFM2.
The exact problem is that on the 1st repeat in FL's step sequencer, MFM2 seems to switch itself off - Hwr, all repeats after that play back fine. I've tried every setting (Audio, Plugin>Compatibility) I can think of in FLS, but can't seem to fix this problem.
Also, when I play any synth (going to MFM2) via a keyboard, this problem doesn't happen. I'm posting this in FL Studio's forum too (must be a registered user):-

Sounds like an accidental MIDI Learn to me...
Please open this file in Wordpad and let me know if there's anything in there:

The file is blank. I haven't needed to make any mappings with it yet. Besides, FLS's step sequencer/piano roll shouldn't send midi information to an effect plugin, unless used in conjunction with FL's Midi Out generator, set to the same port as the effect. Hwr, in the project I'm using I've tried several synths, with MFM2 on the FL's master mixer channel, but the pops/clicks still happens. I've also used just a wav file (instead of synths) & I still get this problem in FLS.
I've just tried MFM2 with another host, Phrazor, & I couldn't hear the clicks with the same settings, so maybe this is a problem with FLS?
I don't use Phrazor as it has midi sync problems, etc. So can't really use MFM2 properly until I can get it to work in FLS

Hmmm...
Maybe I should set you up with a new beta of MFM2 (2.2 I think). And maybe I should get FL8...
It's late here, I'm going to bed now. Will sleep over this.

UPDATE: Another FLS user has confirmed the problem I posted on the IL forum, as well as reflex. reflex, the IL site admin, said "I don't know what causes this, but it seems to be something specific to the plugin."
I suggested they contact u directly via PM Urs, so hopefully u guys can sort it out 1 way or the other
