more thinking, (for fun? or for good)
we cold launch the "Sound Design Advisors Reunited", or SDAR Service.
1) members are esperienced sound designers
2) a new member enters only by unanimous approval of the current memebers
3) no fee to pay to be memebers of SDAR
4) SDAR members are listed on SDAR site and have a private forum
5) SDAR site only offers links and contacts, and publish a list of services
6) SDAR site is hosted by NUSofting for free, only a NUSofting banner will be showed
SDAR memebers are professionals in sound design or related skills like mastering, arrangment,
and they offer personal advice/lessons on the subjects, using the web like as written chat, VOIP calls and custom video lessons.
Sound Design, personal lessons, tutorial, idea

Liqih,
It could turn into a great idea, along these lines.
You might want to check out moodle - http://moodle.org/
it is a course management system, and I believe there are modules/plugins to support chat and video interaction.
Moodle is very highly regarded for course management. We can chat more by email if you want some more specific help on this from an Internet Marketing POV.

my main job, or work with a team of teachers,
