Hello everyone.
I'm a new Receptor 2 Pro owner as of a few weeks ago and I'm really into this thing. However, I am unsure of some seemingly basic functions. Forgive me if this has been addressed already - I've been searching the forums & haven't found a thread that deals specifically with this issue.
Here's my SINGLE:
SOURCE: Akoustik Piano
FXA: Reaktor running the "Space Master" reverb ensemble
FXB: Guitar Rig running its leslie simulator
FXC: empty
I'd like to be able to adjust the mix of the reverb within Reaktor. I want to be able to go from a completely dry signal to completely wet with a Moog MP-201 pedal.
Additionally, I'd like to have the ability to toggle the leslie simulator in Guitar Rig from another footswitch on the MP-201.
I've got the following already together in the Setup Window:
[x] Route MIDI CCs to Source Plugin
(•) Ignore Bank Select and Target [Multis]
(•) Use channel [All]
In the Plugin Edit window of Reaktor, I've selected the "Learn" mode and when prompted to (Change a parameter), I then do so. In this case the "MIX" knob on the ensemble "Space Master" within Reaktor.
I then see in the "Parameter Order" page that "Space Master:Mix" is assigned to (FXA:CC72/CH1).
The MP-201 gets configured to send out MIDI CC72, on CH1.
I move the pedal and there is no change on the screen and the "MIDI Activity" indicator on Reaktor is dark, leading me to believe that my MIDI message is not getting through to Reaktor on FXA.
When I select FXA and then turn the 1st soft knob on the R2, it works fine.
I check the MIDI Monitor on the display of the Receptor, and it shows activity on MIDI Channel 1, so I know my unit is turned on and properly plugged in.
Ack! It seems so simple, yet I am unable to sort out if I'm doing something wrong, or if the software on the R2 doesn't support this yet. I can't imagine that this elemental of features isn't implemented.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Mikael

I think you need to UNcheck "Route Midi CC's to Source plugin. In your example CC72 is getting sent to Akoustic Piano, and not to the FX A parameter.mikaeljorgensen wrote: I've got the following already together in the Setup Window:
