I don't think you should be worried about what the other guys are doing, because you have a great product. There are guys hyping about certain synths one month and jumping the bandwagon of some other synth the next month. I tend to go for the underdog.

As you've said, Waldorf Largo, and some of those other synths, are much more expensive, and many guys have to decide between features and getting a great sound. With SynthMaster v2, you have both those items down pat -- at an affordable price!

Also you've impressed me so far with the exchanges going on in this thread, and that makes me happier that I bought SynthMaster from you!

I'm sorry I can't make a contribution yet to the search for bugs. I'm going to download the latest update after submitting this message...

I now know there's a new 1.9.9.6 beta which is good because the 1.9.9.5 build won't even work on my Windows XP machine. Can't open the standalone OR the VSTi in EnergyXT for what that's worth!? I'll test the latest one when Bulent sends out the new build.

So meanwhile: Is SM2 supposed to work on 64-bit PCs?

I started creating presets for this plug-in, playing around with FM and the wavetables. There's something which has me stumped: when a voice LFO or multistage envelope is used as modulation source for oscillator tone, or for the wavetable index, there seems to be no change to the sound.

I've seen one of the included presets change the wavetable index via the ADSR number 2.

Just heard about a company called Galbanum that designs and sells wavetable libraries. I sent out an email to them asking if they'd be interested in providing us a "factory" wavetable library.

Let's see what they'd say!

Galbanum and their sister company 2CAudio are great. I think they provided some wavetables to Native Instruments Massive IIRC. I also bought their Aether reverb in the group buy a few months back and wow... does it sound fantastic! I would love if they delivered.

Just re-download it from the link you got for the other versions. It should be 1.9.9.6

Yes, it's up, I think I forgot to send a notice this time.

with 1.9.9.7 a new skin is on the way

Great News on .9.7...

There seems to be a small delay for me in FL8 between note on and engine start. I'm not sure if it's been mentioned, but now for the first time I'm intergrating Synthmaster in with something I'm doing and I noticed immediately that the timing is off.

Skins will be great!!!!

EDIT: It doesn't seem to change with BPM, so it's more noticable with faster BPMs
