I'm happy that the majority of our customers seems to agree that a long time without updates is a sign for a reliable and timeless instrument, actually, I clearly see a relation between quality problems and frequent updates (see LinPlug RMV, but thats soemwhat normal in the first month or year after a release).
Btw, the Rob Papen Albino (thats what we talk about here, eh ?) is a "Rob Papen" branded product, no ? Just for the records![]()
I understand some of your points, just, dont get panic and be aware that we support it (e.g. we just sit on native 64 bit version) ... relax, enjoy, its a nice synth with tons of amazing presets.
...fair is fair. however, consider my update suggestions...

I still use Delta 3 on occasion.
As I see it, Delta 3 actually was a "de facto" Albino Zero without a RP preset collection, and that's why I made the mocking remark you quoted. Those who do not know/remember the synth, just google "LinPLug Delta III", for what looking at the thing is worth.
I would love to see an Albino 4 and the feature list Ioachm made some posts above is just spot on; I love the synth, and love designing my own sounds with it, but I never used a RP preset and seldom even listened to them; also, the white/red colour scheme is the only thing I don't like in Albino (not that fester green was any better!), hence... lets go Delta again!
But, alas, I don't think the problem is only "legal", as it possibly covers aspects more pertinent to the reciprocal respect and correctness between the people involved in the project, way beyond any contract. So, I won't hold my breath neither for a new Albino nor for a Delta.
If future updates as new operating systems appears is all we can hope for, that must be enough, and that in fact definitely is.

An idiot on Set Theory:
