I think i have found an evil bug :D

following setting:
Page A
Osc1 Oct 0 Wav Tri
Osc2 Oct 0 Wav Saw

AmpEnv
A 0
D 0
S 100%
R 10 %

Filter
LP 24
Reso 0 %
Warm off
Drive 0 %
NO F-Env

Effects
Bitcrusher
Amout 100 %
Wet 100 %

If the Filter is complettly open i hear by holding a note a scratching short sounds OVER the pur bitcrushed osc-out

If i set the filter on 55% and hold a note the sound stops after a hlaf note(by holding long time a note)

If i set the filter on 20% i hear by long holding a note only a short scratch noise

I think there is something wrong with the bitcrusher if he works on 100%
:?

Can you send me this preset? If I use the exact settings you posted I don't get the behavior you described. I think there's some modulation going on there. When the bitcrusher amount is set at 100% only 1 bit remains, so the sound is either on or off. If the input amplitude is too low it will not produce any sound at the output in that case. That's not a bug, it's just how the bitcrusher works. You may want to set the amount somewhat less than 100% to prevent this effect.

i don't stored the sound because the bug^^

but i can rebuild it perhaps.

1 Bit - that i know, but than can there only 2 sounds coming out, the 1 bit or nothing^^ but there cam different scratch shapes, i also try to find out why it scratch so mysterious with drive, porta, re adjusting the bitcrusher but its was very msyterious.. i will later the day upload the fxp&mp3 and send it you...

When the bitcrush amount is 100%, the output is either 1 or 0. It depends on the volume of the input signal if the threshold of the crusher is met. If the input is too soft, the output will be 0 constantly. When the amplitude exceeds the threshold it will jump to 1 and 0 and thus produce a pulse wave. Now when you use an input that is not constant in amplitude, for example when filtered, driven, modulated or detuned, then the bitcrush threshold may sometimes be reached but other times not. So it can produce short moments of heavy crushed sound every now and then. In that case either turn up the input volume or just set the bitcrush amount a bit lower so it will already produce sound at lower input volumes.
