Problems with recording

So i have finsihed now my first song and i want to record it and send it to my friends .But the problem ist that when i record it with mulab there is when i have a micro on the backgorund sounds if i havent there is much dont know how to say but google translate says ;P swish. So maybe you can help me with this problem.

I think you're trying to say your microphone is picking up a lot of background hiss or noise. You may have the gain turned up too high on the microphone input (your soundcard settings, before MU.LAB gets the input signal).

I could not understand the P swish and since it was translated I figure you had to be from a non English speaking country. I am from Europe too.
BTW I know very little when it coms to Audio. I am totally MIDI.

If the problem is that the microphone gain on your soundcard is turned up to high, then the way to solve that is to turn down the microphone gain on your soundcard. You may need to read your computer's manual to find out how to do this.
