A Few PPG-Type Patches for Zebra

I got off on a bit of a tangent earlier this week when I was supposed to be finishing a song, LOL. It started when I was playing with the demo for a certain popular new softsynth (which has other things going for it, but the lack of oscillator brightness with wavetables across a fair span of the key range is a detriment to doing some PPG/Microwave sounds). So I figured I'd mess around with trying to do a few sounds with Zebra instead, using the wavetables that suthnear ported over a while back.

I used my MW1 and the PPG 2.V plugin as references. Some of them come closer to the original sounds than others, and some aren't trying to mimic specific patches at all, but are just sounds using those wavetables. I think emulations will only get so close, when trying to approximate sounds from instruments that had lo-fi wavetables and very audible pitch shifting artifacts. On one of the patches (the "Airy O'Hearn Poly"), I tried a half-assed simulation of those artifacts because the bass notes don't sound right without that "digital air" hovering over them.

Anyway, it's a small handful - 19 patches. Hopefully some might find them interesting. Now I need to get back to finishing up my current track so I can take Bazille for a spin after.
