Are there any genre/sound specific tutorials on these specific matters: i.e. "How to make a trance lead in Zebra" or "How to make a complex pad"?
I saw Urs' youtube videos. Nice intro, but I can tell that barely scratches the surface.
thank you

There's more tutorials coming...
There's actually a whole website in the works that will deal with these specific issues.
However, as with everything in Zebra, there are *numerous* ways to create any sound of any genre. There's never just one recipe...

ok good to know thank you.
P.S. I hope support/updates (After 2.5) for Zebra won't fade now that Bazille is coming in.
I am investing a lot in this synth/U-he (more so than my DAW!). I'd hate to see it go obsolete just because of the new monster.

I doubt that would be the case.....
Although i must admit to wondering about it myself (for a few minutes). I havn't touched Zebra for weeks due to a noise issue using 2.5.2, but iam ceratin Urs will come through on it in the end.

To the contrary! I think that Zebra will benefit big time from Bazille. Latter has proven to be a phantastic testing environment for some stuff that was difficult to test in Zebra.GMusic wrote:I hope support/updates (After 2.5) for Zebra won't fade now that Bazille is coming in.
The filters of Bazille will be available in Zebra too. And I might even at some point add Phase Distortion oscillators to Zebra.
This is the rare case where I have no moral objections to use nearly the same algorithms in different plugins. Because the scope of these plugins is very different.
