I am using Kore 2.1 and zebra 2.3 on OSX.
I have noticed that the vst version of Zebra does not show up in Kore. the au version is fine. I need the vst in order to download preset in to Kore.
The VST version shows and works in Ableton Live.
Any thoughts anyone ?

It just needs to be rescanned - it happens sometimes with some plugins that an update does this - delete the old Zebra 2.ksd from the Kore database cache and run the plugin scan again (not sure where this is on Mac though - on Win it's in Documents and settings - however if you rightclick on any plugin in Kore (in the plugin list in the browser) it will give an option to "Open containing folder" - that is where your plugin database cache is)

Not sure then as it's showing for me but I'm on Win - when this problem has occurred deleting the ksd fixed it. Maybe it's confusing the au version with the vst - does the au have a separate entry in the database cache? If so delete them both

This might work - try putting my Zebra template in your database cache folder - it should then show up under u-he same as the plugin and you should be able to load the plugin with it (as well as control it):

Not working for me.
I don't see Zebra, Zebrify or any of my Uhbiks except Runciter.
Also, the plugin cache folder stops at the letter "T." No plugins starting with U-Z are in my plugin cache folder or in the Kore 2 VST browser.
I can see my Voxengo folder in the VST browser, but it only shows Elephant and Overtone GEQ. Not VoxengoSpan or Voxformer, both of which are installed in my Vstplugins folder.
I've rescanned, but no change.
It looks like something is stopping Kore from scanning any VST plugin whose name starts with U-Z.
Very strange. I'll see what NI has to say.
EDIT: NI thread is here:

Hmmm, looks to me as if some plugin crashes and thus interrupts Kore's scanning process. What plugin comes after TL and before UH? If you remove that for a moment, maybe it works?

Yeah that might be it - I'm on the latest versions of Kore and Zebra and just completely deleted and rescanned my whole database 2 days ago (to clear out a mass of old beta stuff mainly) after the last update and they are all there for me including several after T (Uhbiks, Virus Ti, Wusik, Zerovector and Zebra).

NI Tech support said:
"Take a look at the VST folder you have assigned in KORE 2. Then copy all the VST (.dll) to a folder somewhere as a back up folder. In the original VST folder take out just the "T's". And launch KORE and rescan the plug-ins."
I did as they suggested, and the scan went without error.
Then I returned each "T*.dll" to the VSTplugins folder, and pressed Update for each one in turn.
Then I did a full Rescan, and all my plugins are showing up in Kore.
Previous to this, I had erased the contents of the Database Cache folder.
Apparently one of my plugins hadn't scanned properly, or a file in the Database Cache folder may have become corrupt. Or, maybe something else.
Kore 2 is now working fine. And so is Zebra.
Thanks!
