Bought and tried.
Not my first choice for 'realistic' reverb. It does not have the natural tails or smoothness of epicverb or glaceverb (freewares)and always feels slightly artificial when used alone. Having said that, it is much better when settled into a mix, and MUCH MUCH better than I first thought (I had a 'what the...' moment when I first tried it).
Where it sings though is as an effect. The modulation options are legion and there is a very wide range of sounds possible right out to the extreme. What sells me though is that there is also a very wide range of sounds possible CLOSE to realistic, so many subtle and distinctive effects are to be had.
It reminds me of Crowd Chamber in a way. They are both slightly artificial when listened to alone, and are capable of extreme effects, but can also give an outstanding and very individual performance when tweaked with care.
Of course ymmv but for the asking price I think it should be in everyone's VST folder. But don't throw out your other reverbs just yet!
Regards,
The Ratster

Well, I agree! It is designed for mixing and "effects". There are hundreds of reverbs designed for master channel, but none for mixing useful for spatial positioning as far as I know (or at least as none universal and easy-to-use). But the fact, that it can have pretty nice halls makes me like it even more
. Well, I hope people will like at as much as I do
(so far it seems so hehe).

I bought it last night and love it. The halls do sound good but is those modulators that bring this to life for me. The random preset generator is great for getting instant inspiration. This fills a void that I didn't know I had in my vst folder. Excellent!

HI
Just a quick question on the protection in use:
I read that a 'keyfile' is supplied - is this simply a file that needs to be placed with the plug and allows the plug to be used on any computer, after a reinstall of windows or a hardware upgrade OR is it one that is 'tied' to a system configuration and needs updating for a second computer?
Thanks.
Flipper.

Hi there,
the licence file is computer-specific - so if you upgrade/change computer, you have to activate it again. 2 computers are allowed, then if you upgrade I can reset the licence to let it acivate again, but I wan't to keep manual control on it.

Just bought it, loaded it, tested it and my initial impressions of the plug-in are positive.
One thing I did not like is the installer. It did not work very fluidly on my machine (WinXP/Pro/SP3). Also, the copy protection is a bit heavy for a 10 EUR plug-in, but it's the developer's right as to what to choose for CP (and the consumer's right to not be happy about it).

Heh, it's a 30EUR plugin (we're getting a deal for the time being)freddemillio wrote:Just bought it, loaded it, tested it and my initial impressions of the plug-in are positive.

I've installed some other software and I think that copy protection bits are normal for all their stuff. Better than a dongle!
BTW, who ever thought dongle was an appropriate name for "dongle" probably was a bit of a loon
Have you ever felt appropriate walking around your office...or at home and said: "Hmm, pardon me, but I've misplaced my dongle and I can't get my programs up without it. Have you seen it lying about anywhere? Oh, no, sorry, it's not that big. Could you imagine something that big just dangling off the front of my box?"

Is there a wet-dry button on this? My first reaction is that I need to hear less of it.

Is there the possibility to rearrange the GUI-components in a more "horizontal" fashion? Unfortunately I can't see some of the controls on my netbook.

Thanks, that would be great. In the meantime I use the docking function of Energy Xt as a workaround.MeldaProduction wrote:Well, yes, I'm just not sure how... will think about it.

@meldaproductions
Would there ever be a chance you guys may start using something like Google Check-Out instead of PayPal/wire transfer?
I'd really like to continue using your products, yet the only one I've been able to purchase so far before PayPal decided go nutso on me was your MAutoEqualizer

Well, it may be possible, but so far the Paypal is a standard. Every other method means a lot of work for us, but maybe if there is much interest in it, then why not.

I maybe mistaken but I think a lot of people would be interested in not having to use PayPal....Well, it may be possible, but so far the Paypal is a standard. Every other method means a lot of work for us, but maybe if there is much interest in it, then why not.
