Peak Controller Module Idea

I was thinking, why isn't there the option to control values by the volume of the sound or w/e, like FL Studio's Peak Controller. Can't think of any worthwhile uses, but I'm just throwing ideas into the wind. Also, I might not respond to this thread after this, just wanted to get the idea out there.
GENERATION 30: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation. Social experiment.

The upcoming Zebrify fx/synth (included in Zebra 2.5) has an envelope follower. This would do exactly what you want, and it's very useful.
