Eloquence into Effectrix

I have midi out of eloquence (internal synth off) to helix

1. Artillery 2 mangling the helix results

2. Wow mangling the helix/Artillery results :-)

3. Effectrix nothing (no mangling) the helix/Artillery/WOW results.

Just to clarify, Effectrix does work, when I send Helix a midi file, Effectrix mangles just fine the output. One of these(Effectrix) is not like the other! Any suggestions to get Effectrix running like Artillery and WOW?

helix out is audio.
artillery mangles this audio from helix.
WOW is mangling audio out from artillery

eloquence is a midi step sequencer - no audio effect...
you create patterns and send the midi data to a synth or something...

He's talking about Effectrix. I have had similar issues with Effectrix - after some VSTs (e.g. Arald FX DKS Pro)it just stays silent. Never submitted a BR because my host is old and unsupported (Phrazor would you believe). Seems to work OK in energy XT tho.
