Please ensure at the same time that the mono mode itself is rock solid : ie each new Note On should reset the enveloppe(s) (all enveloppes including the ones that could be assigned to other parameters) to start points. (ie all release parameters should be ignored). Im not sure they behaves like this atm

This will make a solid basis for preset building.

( Though the artifacts created in mono mode can produce very interesting and "organic and live" instruments, especially when combined with the use the comb filters)

Please to be eventually considered again : Btw I'm requesting again a Free Running toggle for all LFOs (or at least global Lfos). Your former answer was that it wasnt necessary because the modulators already had a free running option, but you cant modulate most parameters, like cut off filter for a simple example, with modulators : you have only Lfos for that. A lot of instruments (especially on the Elektro side) will be hard to recreate because of this missing feature.

No no no, you misunderstood me! I meant the Synth (Global) LFOs 1-2-3-4

They are also LFOs, but only reset at song start, so they're free running!

Just use them

Good news guys: Francesco and the other folks who created the mus3um single cycle WAV collection allowed me to include the waveforms with SynthMaster

We're gonna have a larger collection.

Now it's time to move on to the waveform editor and improve it, especially the morphing.

Hey Laurent,

If we are playing legato, I though we should NOT reset the envelope to the beginning. Or Legato means reset to the beginning, but the initial value of the envelope is the previous release value? that's what I'm guessing for, and will change the implementation as such.

Hi folks,

We have a new release: 1.9.9.17

In this release, we have the following updates/fixes:

1. UPDATE: SynthMaster now contains 322 user waveforms, thanks to fr4ncesco at KVR Audio. He has compiled a great collection of single cycle waveforms and let us use them in SynthMaster:

2. UPDATE: SynthMaster now contains 26 more presets, thanks to our sound designer CFA-Audio

3. FIX: When a preset author is selected (no other filters are applied) on the preset browser, no presets are displayed.

5. FIX: Mono+Legato mode not working correctly in SynthMaster 2.0

Yes what I meant there is that in legato mode, when there was no previous or no overlapping notes the sound enveloppe was not reset (ie not triggering from the beginning.

Else in Legato mode, lets say a first not have been hit, then when/if a new Note On event occurs before any Note Off (ie the first note has not yet been released), the new Note will play and continue to use enveloppes from the enveloppe "point" or "state" wich was reached by the previous note, until the end, if no new Note On is played, ( in this case the third note will play form tha point the second note has reached until the end ). Aso. The release only affects the last note wich is played.

Hi Bulent,

This time its a MAJOR bug in stereo integrity : With Reverb ON SM2 will loose all the stereo settings set on layer hierarchy.

How to demonstrate :

New patch --- > Default skin ----> pan layer to full right (or left) : SOund is now full right. If you move the Pan parameter from right to left you hear the sound moving accordingly. Keep it full right.

Effect ---> Reverb ---> ON : Sound is now centered (and Btw there's a BIG increase in the sound volume ....

). If you get back to the Layer Pan parameter and try to move the sound from right to left, it doesn't work anymore. ( Even with the Reverb ammount set to zero, so this cnat be a mask effect)

Possible reason : Stereo sound is Mono summed before entering the reverb stage when Reverb is set to ON.
