Hi,could someone give me an advice on how make the receptor change patches in snapshot setup along with my sequences? It always get back to the firts song in my sanpshot setup. It means:In a live situation I use a triton as my master sequencer and all my sequences are there,as long as I change to other song the receptor changes to the first song in my snapshot setup instead of change to the proper song in my triton, and I have to do it manually looking for the right song on receptor. Thanks in advance.

First you have to check what bank select and program change numbers change the desired snapshot. You can find them in the bottom of your multi(snapshot)list.

Then find a way to send them from your Triton when you change the song in the sequencer. A handy tool to see what messages are sent from the Triton is midiox (which is free). A program change + bank select event can be inserted in on of the track using micro edit (or how korg will name it, don't have a triton myself), in this case the change will occur when the song is started.

Then make sure the receptor is properly set in the setup page to receive program changes in the desired way. (Maybe try ignore bank select and target multi's, but make sure no other program changes are sent from the triton with midiox).

I would prefer the bank select option first, since there would be only one command doing exactly what you want.

Hope this will help you along.

Chielio: Sometimes you have to think outside the box....It was in front of me all the time, and 2 heads are better than one. Thanks for the tip, you was right, I only had to change the patch number on my triton(le) to match the number on my snapshot on receptor and....!VOILA! Go to menu (in triton) choose prm 1,open,and choose ex2,(int,off,bth,ext,ex2. Where the plug is on receptor).Thats it!Thank you very much.
