Hello, as I said. I didn't file a dispute. Suddenly I wasn't able to use my Paypal-Account anymore and got an E-Mail that all my transactions were cancelled but there was no mention why! Of course I will pay you so please send me your bank account information. This wasn't on pourpose! And also don't stop making sounds!

TBH, It sounds as though the buyer is as confused about this as you are.

I would be hassling PayPal to find out WTF is going on ... and keep hassling them. Shit happens with them sometimes for no apparent reason - I'm not a big PayPal user but I have had it myself in the past where what funds I had in there just got frozen ... and if you're not up on the finer aspects of PayPal, it can be quite perplexing. And it doesn't help that all communication is done via emails. THIS LINK shows some phone numbers you might find useful.

As for giving up...

You can't throw in the towel over one little incident like this - that would be like someone closing his sweetshop down because some snotty 10-year-old nicked a bar of chocolate! I've had all sorts of transgressions including my stuff being given away on torrents or converted to Soundfont and given away on websites - some people have even sold my stuff as their own work on eBay (including my free stuff!!!). It comes with the territory I'm afraid

I don't know your work (sorry) but it looks as though you are well respected here so it would be a tragedy to deny the honest folk your service over this. I do know how you feel though but all businesses have to put up with a bit of this crap from time to time.

Yes Yes you had the reply and even answered to the reply, and then they were replies to replies and then at a moment it stopped though I cant remember really why (and even if only there was a reason for it)

Could habe been 3 weeks ago though tbh. Will check this. I have to go to visit my family to the hospital now, will check this tonite.

ok iv'e had alot of responses and support here and via pm...
iv'e contacted paypal (actually my wife did as it's her account) and they said that this wouldn't affect future transactions as this had something to do with the original buyers account and not mine even though they ttok the funds he had paid me back out of the account.

i now think paypal sucks so i will try this another time and resume the bank holiday promo offer later on where users can get all my soundsets in one bundle for £12 totalling 512 presets for Predator and Sylenth.

i'll activate the webstore later on and see how it goes....

ps

i wouldn't name and shame anyone as it could be a genuine mistake..as people say shit happens every now and then.

note:

any new soundsets i create in future will be released through LLB pending terms unless they are commissioned banks through developers i.e (factory soundsets)

You know what sucks about this, is I'm getting a pretty good sense of your humanity, I for one am waiting patiently to be settled in my new University, so, no funds for sounds, yet some one wants to exploit the system, as well as a kind designer, is not proper. Whishing best thoughts, till this ugly situation fades a bit.

I think you are talented at designing sounds and you shouldn't quit. But I understand the anger you have at the moment probably that time will let dust come down. I hope you will continue in the future.

I already use one of your patch on a little job I'm working on right now, so you know there are worth your effort, and I know it was worth for me to buy it.

That dispute thing can't be won by that guy, as one of the reply stipulate, he is not protected for "intangible goods".
