Just bought & downloaded Sylenth 1.

The instructions say that I should "...select the 'Register' option from the Menu on the LCD screen in Sylenth1". However, I can't find any such menu anywhere? Am I blind or just plain stupid, or is there something wrong with my setup? I had the demo version earlier, but that shouldn't be an issue here. I tried uninstalling and re-installing a couple of times, with no success.

Here's a screenshot:

Just click on the MENU button and a menu will appear containing the Register option.

Thanx for your quick reply, but no luck.

I still seem to be running the demo version, even though I've uninstalled it several times and removed all related files I can find.

The demo version does not have a menu (says PARAMETER where your screenshot has the menu, and PROGRAM SELECT above it, where your ss shows numbers 1 - 4) and claims to have been registered to someone else

If I try to install the full version without uninstalling the demo version, I end up with two instances of Sylenth1 on my generator plugin menu - and they both look the same.

Any idea what this might be all about?

The version you are referring to is v1.21 or older. Please do a search in your VSTPlugins folder for Sylenth1 and remove all files it finds. Download and install v2.01 afterwards.

Also check the installer that it's really version 2.01 you are installing.

My newest registered version has only 501 paches? In sylent1 homepage
has info where they promise more than 1300 paches.. I'we got a 3 banks
and total 501 paches.. where i can load rest of those paches? I've got
a new platform and i installed all music software again..

x3 factory banks each with 4 sets of 128 presets = 1536

although not all slots are full there are still around 1300 in there mate
