unwanted shift of audio part when resizing

when resizing an audio part by dragging the left border (with the pencil tool) to the right,
then sometimes the wave-content of the remaining right part is shifted to the right, or sometimes it jumps a little bit to the left.

Might be it depends on the several markers inside the wave part (which are created automatically when splitting the part or when dragging the left or right borders).

Look at the following example:

Any explanation ?
I think one principle of Mulab is to leave the (content) of parts where they are, but this seems to be not always the case.
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler!

I cannot immediately reproduce this.

Could you please give me a step by step, eventually sending me the wave file that is used for the example.

Thanks.

OK,

I've sent some files with explanation.

(Normal wav file (includes several short vocal parts),
but several copies exist in the composition
with different regions,
created by splitting the part and/or adjust start and end.
I think this is the reason why Mulab inserts a lot of markers
as can be seen when opening built in wave editor.
