how do i unsinstall the demo of sylenth after buying the full version?

Control Panel - Add remove programs - select sylenth from the list - Remove

Then install your new full version..

I never installed the demo myself but you should find all the files you need to trash in the following locations:

Audio Unit:
<Boot HD>/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components

VSTi:
<Boot HD>/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST

Support files (contained in a folder named "LennarDigital"):
<User>/Library/Preferences
