I won't be participating in this contest... I've had too little time to commit to creating something decent, but will definitely join the next one.

I seriously hope this one (and the next one) will bring a larger turn out than the last!

And 7 hours is still plenty of time to quickly put something together

It needn't be anything fancy, it just has to be something that, for want of a better expression, plays well. So, run an Osc into a Filter add some judicious modulation, a bit of reverb or delay and Bob's your mum's brother.

Of course, if the turn out's a little low this time there's more chance of winning (I think Urs is still offering a full Bazille to the winner - if they already haven't got it?).

Great idea, these patch contests. But apart from the fact that I'm a lousy patch designer anway, I fail to find much time to dedicate to computer music these weeks (playing too much). My bad. But I had great pleasure to check out you folks patches, though, so I hope this will continue.

The competition here is pretty high, I'm always impressed by the submissions. I suppose prizes definitely give people a reason to try harder.
