My thoughts exactly - Well done Nick :tu:

Zebra has such an organic warm syrupy sound - I love it!

(Of course I often pervert it into bright harshness)

Great soundbank :) You're a pretty skilled sound designer Nick.

Thanks
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

Thanks guys for kind words!!! I'd like to mention, when playing my presets try to use Modulation Wheel more often. Oh, and of course don't forget to apply a Limiter to a channel with Zebra, because some sounds are very clipping.

yeah, for example the GATE patches require 2.5

so...how are ppl handling their patch libraries?

These really nice FLARE patches are the first I have that require 2.5

I just had a quick listen on my laptop on Z2.3 (working far from home) I must say that there are some really wonderful presets in there. thx for sharing!

Interesting question o.0 My sense is just to leave patches as they are and not worry too much about version. I think the big thing with 2.5's filters is it will actually change how people construct patches a little (especially using the vast and flexible array of new XMF options) and not that it sounds 'upgraded'. A little different character on the non-XMF filters is the only reason I'd want to convert from 2.3 to 2.5, anything with an XMF is just solidly different enough that conversion also requires a lot of tweaking and won't really match the original 2.3 version.

Runray, thanks for these patches!

Thanks a lot for this great bank! :)
The more I hang around at KVR the less music I make.

They seem to be playing in 2.3 mode for me?

yeah, but i'm sure you are using the latest beta

I was using zebra 2.3 when I first tried this bank. I had to install the beta to hear the GATE patches

using the beta they play in 2.3 mode for me too. That's why I started another thread about the modes
